Itinerary

Day 1 (Friday): Welcome to Ningaloo
Leave the city behind and touch down at Learmonth (Exmouth) Airport. You’ll be warmly welcomed and whisked away to Bullara Station, your unique home for the next 5 nights.

Take time to settle into your accommodation, soak in the rustic charm of Bullara, and explore the station, friendly farm vibes, and red dirt that make this place unforgettable.

In the afternoon, we’ll gather for a nourishing Opening Circle and a dynamic movement session to ground ourselves, set intentions, and begin this journey together in true connection with the land, each other and ourselves.

As the sun sets, the real Bullara vibes kicks in! Join Bullara's famous Burger Night, packed with flavour, fire, and live music under the stars. It’s the perfect welcome full of good food, great people, and the kind of atmosphere that leaves you smiling long after you've left.
Day 2 (Saturday): Manta Ray Marine Adventure
Start your day with energy and intention! Wake up your body and calm your mind with a vibrant Pilates session followed by a grounding guided meditation. It’s the perfect way to align yourself with the natural beauty that surrounds you.

Fuel up with a delicious breakfast, then get ready to head off on an unforgettable adventure to Coral Bay.

Dive into a full-day eco-interaction tour where you’ll join passionate crew in the search for the awe-inspiring Manta Ray. With help from a spotter plane, we take you straight to where the action is, giving you the best chance to swim alongside these gentle giants, who glide through the ocean with a wingspan of up to four meters. Peaceful, majestic, and completely harmless, encountering a Manta Ray in the wild is something you’ll never forget.

Explore vibrant coral gardens and snorkel in crystal-clear waters, with the possibility of seeing turtles, dolphins, reef sharks, dugongs, and even humpback whales during the season. This is a marine wonderland, and you're in the heart of it.

What makes it even more special? You can become part of the research team, learning about these creatures and even helping name newly discovered Manta Rays! It’s not just a tour - it’s your chance to make a meaningful impact while soaking up the magic of Ningaloo Reef.

After an inspiring day at sea, relax as we journey back to Bullara Station, where the day wraps up with a wholesome and hearty 3 course dinner - swapping stories, sharing laughs, and reliving the highlights of an extraordinary day.
Day 3 (Sunday): WHALE SHARK SWIM
Rise and shine! We'll be up early today as it’s Whale Shark day! Hop aboard the bus and enjoy the scenic journey to Exmouth, where one of the most unforgettable ocean experiences of your life awaits.

Step onto a spacious 60ft luxury sailing catamaran, designed for comfort, stability, and adventure. Whether you’re a seasoned sailor or new to the sea, this vessel is your floating lounge, wildlife observatory, and snorkel base all in one. Settle in, meet your expert crew, and get fitted with fins, masks, and wetsuits - everything you need to feel confident, excited, and totally prepared for what’s ahead.

Start your adventure with a snorkel on the breathtaking Ningaloo Reef. This vibrant underwater world is bursting with life - think colourful coral gardens, curious fish, gliding turtles, and maybe even a surprise visit from manta rays or dugongs. Our friendly guides will be right there in the water with you, ready to help you explore and support anyone who needs a little extra encouragement. Float, swim, and soak in the magic.

Meanwhile, the search is already underway… Overhead, our spotter plane is scanning the reef for the star of the show: the majestic Whale Shark. Once one is sighted, everything kicks into gear. Feel the energy shift as the boat turns toward the gentle giant. Groups form, masks go on, hearts race.

Then, it’s go time. Slip into the water and come face to face with the largest fish in the ocean. These graceful creatures can grow up to 18 metres long, but don’t let their size fool you, they move with an elegance that takes your breath away. This is your moment. Glide beside them, feel the wonder, and let the memory burn itself into your soul.

Our onboard photographer captures every second, so you can focus on the magic while they document your encounter, and all included as part of your experience.

With more Whale Sharks to find, the journey continues. Swim after swim, your connection to the ocean deepens. And when it’s time to recharge, a delicious lunch is served as we sail on in search of more wildlife - Manta Rays, Dugongs, and even Humpback Whales (when they’re in season). Or, if you’re feeling mellow, relax in the catamaran’s famous cargo net and be gently towed through the lagoon’s glassy waters.

As the day winds down, celebrate with a chilled glass of sparkling and a fresh seasonal fruit platter. Let the rhythm of the waves carry you back to shore as the sails fill and the coastline comes into view.

Then, it’s back to Bullara Station, where a warm meal and familiar faces await. Gather once more for a hearty group dinner, swapping stories, photos, and smiles after a day you’ll never forget.
Day 4 (monday): Reflect and rejunivate
Today is all about slowing down, tuning in, and reconnecting, with yourself. Let this be your invitation to restore, reflect, and deeply recharge.

Begin the morning with a gentle yet powerful flow of Pilates, meditation, and journaling. Move your body with intention, still your mind with breath, and let your thoughts spill onto the page as the rising sun warms the land around you. It’s your sacred space to check in, reflect, and reset.

Next, lace up your boots for a mindful nature walk. This peaceful 2.2km trail winds through the bushland, inviting you to notice the small wonders, the texture of bark, the call of birds, the rhythm of your own steps. It’s not just a walk, it’s a moving meditation.

Then, take the plunge *literally* with a guided ice bath meditation. This invigorating practice taps into the breath and body’s resilience, leaving you feeling calm, clear, and fully alive. Step in with courage, step out transformed.

Today you'll enjoy your relaxing massage (set times booked at the start of the trip) and after that, the day is yours to honour your own rhythm. You might want to curl up with a book, write your thoughts, or wander the grounds of Bullara at your own pace, this is spacious time just for you.

As the golden hour approaches, we will head out for Sunset Hill Walk. This 2.6km trail invites you to reflect on the day as the sky bursts into colour and illuminates the red dirt. We will move through a gentle Pilates session at Sunset Hill to ground you in the moment and ease into the evening.

Gather once more for a nourishing group dinner, where conversations flow freely and the day’s calm energy carries through.

Finally, under a blanket of stars, close the night with a cacao circle and stargazing meditation. Breathe deeply, feel the earth beneath you, and gaze up into the vastness above. It’s the perfect end to a day of deep inner restoration.
Day 5 (tuesday): Cape Rage National Park
Wake up to the sounds of nature and fuel your body with a nourishing breakfast, because today, you’re heading to Cape Range National Park. Pack your daypack, grab your sunnies and bathers, and hop on the bus as we venture into the breathtaking landscapes of Cape Range National Park.

First up: Yardie Creek Gorge hike. This Class 4 trail winds along dramatic red rock cliffs with sweeping views over the creek below. It’s a short but powerful walk (about 2km return) that rewards every step with pure outback magic. Keep your eyes peeled for black footed rock wallabies and osprey overhead as you immerse yourself in this ancient, rugged terrain.

A short drive to some of the most spectacular snorkelling on the Ningaloo Reef. We’ll take you to hidden gems where the reef lies just meters from shore. Drift along vibrant coral gardens and swim beside an abundance of fish, graceful turtles, and perhaps even a few surprise visitors.

We'll refuel for a late lunch at Whalebone Brewing Co, soaking in Exmouth's local hospitality with delicious gourmet pizzas.

The journey continues through one of Exmouth’s most iconic lookouts, winding your way through the jaw-dropping escarpments of Charles Knife Canyon. These are the kind of places that make you stop, stare, and truly feel the vastness of Australia’s wild beauty. Surrounded by nature we'll sit with a grounding meditation and journalling session. Reflect, reset, and capture the stories, sensations, and insights the day has gifted you.

After a full day of awe and exploration, we'll return to Bullara Station.

Come evening, it’s time to reconnect over another delicious group dinner. We'll even get to sit around the campfire, toast Marshmallows and soak in the open skies... the perfect way to end a day filled with adventure.
Day 6 (Wednesday): FInal farewell
As the sun rises on your final morning, savour a nourishing breakfast and take a moment to soak in the stillness around you. There’s a special kind of peace that comes with the closing of a powerful journey - one filled with movement, nature, connection, and transformation.

We’ll gather one last time for a grounding session of Pilates and meditation, followed by a heartfelt Closing Circle. Together, we’ll reflect on the moments that moved us, the insights we’re taking home, and the connections we’ve made along the way. This is your time to honour how far you’ve come and set intentions for what comes next.

With full hearts and clear minds, you’ll head to the airport and begin your journey back to Perth, taking with you not just memories, but a renewed sense of self.
*Please note our itinerary is subject to change based on weather conditions and other situational circumstances beyond Perth Hills Pilates control.
