how early should i arrive?
Please arrive no more than 5 minutes early so we can show you how to use the reformers and answer any questions you may have.

- Our entrance may appear quicker than expected. It is crucial to indicate early and slow down.
- Please arrive no more than 5 minutes before your scheduled class. Our entrance is a single lane gateway, with a give-way bay for exiting vehicles. As you enter the property slowly, please be aware of any oncoming traffic and note the onsite speed limit of 8km per hour. This reduced speed is essential for ensuring the safety of our wildlife, children and other vehicles on site.
- Please follow the sign to the Studio.
- We kindly ask all clients to forward-park with headlights pointing north into the bushland.
- When leaving the studio, if there is another vehicle turning into the driveway, it's important to use the giveway bay provided and giveway to incoming vehicles. This ensures smooth traffic flow off Thomas Road.
- In the spirit of mindfulness, kindly acknowledge that you are entering a space of tranquility nestled within private acreage. Approach with a deliberate slowness and embrace the quiet transition to the studio. Your respect for our shared space is appreciated.

what do i need to bring?
Wear your most favourite activewear that makes you feel good. You'll need to wear grip socks for safety and hygiene - no regular socks. MoveActive grip socks can be purchased at the studio for $21.95 if you need a pair. Don't forget a water bottle and small towel.
what facilities do you have?
We have bathroom, shower and changeroom facilities.
what can i expect in class?
Our classes flow and offer progressions for all levels and abilities. Class will start with a warm-up before moving onto bigger muscle groups like legs and back. You'll likely find muscles you never knew you had! We refocus with deep core, arm and upper-body work, ending with a restorative stretch. It's a complete, full body and mind workout. You'll be breathing, flowing, connecting your mind to body and come away feeling balanced, centered and calm.
I'm new to pilates, will all classes be suitable for me?
Absolutely! All our classes are suitable for all abilities and levels. As we have small class sizes, the teacher has time to personally guide you through progressions and modifications. Go slow! We always work at a pace where you will understand the movement and have a strong base of support before moving.
I'm pregnant/postpartum, can i join classes?
Before commencing any sort of exercise, you must seek clearance from your chosen medical professional. Most mums will generally be given clearance to exercise around six-eight weeks postpartum. While you may feel physically ready to exercise sooner, your body internally needs time to heal. Make the most of the newborn snuggles and give your body the rest it needs.
With medical clearance, pregnant mums are welcome to join any of our classes and will be given specific modifications as needed. Our experienced instructors have undertaken additional Pre and Postnatal Training and will ensure you are given exercises that are safe and support your changing frame.

how do i cancel a class booking?
1. Tap My Schedule from the My Profile tab
2. Swipe left on the class you wish to cancel, or tap the three dots next to your booking.
3. Tap the red cancel button
*Please note our late-cancellation window of 12 hours. Cancellations greater than 12 hours will have class credits automatically returned to your account. Cancellations less than 12 hours are classed as a late-cancellation and the credit is lost.

How does the waitlist work?
When a spot becomes available, you will automatically be added to class (with no confirmation required) up until 1 hour before the class starts. If it's within 1 hour of the class starting and you can see a spot has become available, please cancel yourself off the waitlist and book into the class. You will receive an email and push notification to your Perth Hills Pilates app when you receive a place in class.
Please note that our 12 hour late-cancellation window still applies. For this reason, we ask that you manage your waitlist booking exactly the same way you manage your class bookings. If you no longer wish to attend the class, please cancel yourself off the waitlist to avoid the late-cancellation window. This is especially important for early morning classes where you may be asleep when you get added to the class - please cancel off the waitlist before you go to sleep if you know you will not be awake in time.

how many times per week should i come?
Attend 3 times per week to feel the best benefits of Pilates. Reformer classes are low-impact classes so you can attend as often as you like. Do what feels best for your body!
do you have beginner classes?
As we have small class sizes, all classes are suitable for all ages and abilities. The teachers will personally guide you through modifications and progressions.

I'm not receiving push notifications to my app?
Under your Profile, please select settings and check that all notifications are toggled "ON".
i have a membership and I'm being asked to pay for another class?
Please check your membership start date (or the last date you were debited) under Purchases in your Profile. For example: If your start date is the 15th of the month, you have from the 15th to 14th (inclusive), of each month to use your set number of class credits. Under My Schedule, please check that you have not already booked classes with all of your credits for your current billing cycle (eg: 15th-14th). If you have used all of your class credits within your billing cycle, well done! You can purchase extra classes for only $25 from the store. If you would like to upgrade your membership from your next billing date (or earlier), please complete an upgrade request form here.
