HOW DO I BOOK A CLASS?
Classes can be booked via our website or app (download the Perth Hills Pilates app available free from the App Store). New clients will need to create an account which will be used for all your future class bookings and account management. You must select and activate a membership, which will add class credits to your account, before trying to book a class.
HOW DO I CANCEL A CLASS BOOKING?
1. Tap My Schedule from the My Profile tab
2. Swipe left on the class you want to cancel, or tap the three dots next to your booking.
3. Tap the red cancel button
HOW DOES THE WAITLIST WORK?
When a spot becomes available, you will automatically be added to class (with no confirmation required) up until 1 hour before the class starts. If it's within 1 hour of the class starting and you can see a spot has become available, please cancel yourself off the waitlist and book into the class. You will receive an email and push notification to your Perth Hills Pilates app when you receive a place in class.
Please note that our 12 hour late-cancellation window still applies. For this reason, we ask that you manage your waitlist booking exactly the same way you manage your class bookings. If you no longer wish to attend the class, please cancel yourself off the waitlist to avoid the late-cancellation window. This is especially important for early morning classes where you may be asleep when you get added to the class - please cancel off the waitlist before you go to sleep if you know you will not be awake in time.
We recommend downloading the Perth Hills Pilates app (free from your app store), to manage all your class bookings and ensure that you receive these waitlist notifications direct to your phone.

Under your Profile, please select settings and check that all notifications are toggled "ON".
IT'S MY FIRST TIME, WHEN/WHERE DO I GO?
Look for our signs at 2370 Thomas Road, Mahogany Creek. Please arrive no more than 5 minutes early so we can help you set up your reformer for personal settings, show you how to use the springs, foot bar, straps etc, and answer any questions you may have.
PARKING AND TRAFFIC NOTES
WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?
Wear your most favourite activewear that makes you feel good. You'll need to wear grip socks for safety and hygiene - no regular socks. MoveActive grip socks can be purchased at the studio for $21.95 if you need a pair. Don't forget a water bottle and small towel.
WHAT FACILITIES ARE AVAILABLE?
We have bathroom, shower and changeroom facilities.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT IN CLASS?
Our classes flow and offer progressions for all levels and abilities. Class will start with a warm-up before moving onto bigger muscle groups like legs and back. You'll likely find muscles you never knew you had! We refocus with deep core, arm and upper-body work, ending with a restorative stretch. It's a complete, full body and mind workout. You'll be breathing, flowing, connecting your mind to body and come away feeling balanced, centered and calm.
I'M PREGNANT/POSTPARTUM, CAN I JOIN CLASS?
Before commencing any sort of exercise, you must seek clearance from your chosen medical professional. Most mums will generally be given clearance to exercise around six-eight weeks postpartum. While you may feel physically ready to exercise sooner, your body internally needs time to heal. Make the most of the newborn snuggles and give your body the rest it needs.
With medical clearance, pregnant mums are welcome to join any of our classes and will be given specific modifications as needed. Our experienced instructors have undertaken additional Pre and Postnatal Training and will ensure you are given exercises that are safe and support your changing frame.

- Our entrance may appear quicker than expected. When approaching the driveway, it is crucial to indicate early, slow down, and be mindful of other vehicles on the road.
- Entry Protocol: Please arrive no more than 5 minutes before your scheduled class. Our entrance is a single lane gateway, with a give-way bay for exiting vehicles. As you enter the property slowly, please be aware of any oncoming traffic and note the onsite speed limit of 8km per hour. This reduced speed is essential for ensuring the safety of our wildlife, children and other vehicles on site.
- Parking Instructions: Please follow the sign to the Studio. We kindly ask all clients to forward-park with headlights pointing into the bushland, centering your vehicle over a log curb to allow space for all vehicles to fit.
- Exit Protocol: The 15-minute buffer between classes allows ample time for vehicles to leave, before the next class arrives. When leaving the studio, if there is another vehicle turning into the driveway, it's important to use the giveway bay provided and giveway to incoming vehicles. This ensures smooth traffic flow off Thomas Road.
- In the spirit of mindfulness, kindly acknowledge that you are entering a space of tranquility nestled within private acreage. Approach with a deliberate slowness and embrace the quiet transition to the studio. Your respect for our shared space is appreciated.
